When I moved to new york the first thing I know diced was how healthy people ate and the second thing was how everyone cared about taking care of the world. I immediately caught up with this amazing habits -even in my building; I got used to separate trash into recyclable materials and non recyclable.

So I figured how by simply changing what we eat we can have an immediate impact on our own health and a very real effect on global warming-and the environment, and animal cruelty, and food prices. "There's no sacrifice here, only adjustments and benefits." -Mark Brittman.

Its very simple: Eat less meat and junk food, eat more vegetables and grains. 60 Billion animals are raised each year for food which means 10 animals for every human on earth :/ *the only way to reduce factory farming is to demand less meat!

Here's a good way to start your day- Banana smoothie is super quick, requires 5 ingredients and one of them is ice - how simple is that! We take one or two bananas inside our blender, a few drops of vanilla extract, light milk, cinnamon and ice! mix everything and you are ready to go!

this will certainly take less time than making a line for a sausage Mcburrito, Have a great day everybody!
